- business man, company director, politician and public servant
F. Derham joined the Wallaby Club in 1902 but only maintained his membership until 1905. As a business man he was Managing Director of Swallow and Ariell Ltd, President of the Victorian Chamber of Manufacturers and President of the the Victorian Employers' Federation. He was also a politician and at sometime the Victorian Postmaster General.

The Wallaby Club is a Melbourne-based walking club established in 1894 with a strong bias towards good fellowship, talking and an appreciation of both the natural and built environments. Membership is strictly limited and is by invitation only.
