Biographical entry Clements, F.W. ( - 1939)
F. Clements joined the Wallaby Club in 1903 and maintained his membership until his death in 1939. He was an electrical engineer, Chairman of the State Electricity Commission of Victoria 1931-1937 and at sometime a member of the Council for Scientifc and Industrial Research (CSIR).

The Wallaby Club is a Melbourne-based walking club established in 1894 with a strong bias towards good fellowship, talking and an appreciation of both the natural and built environments. Membership is strictly limited and is by invitation only.
