Summary

Professor E. Skeats joined the Wallaby Club in 1905 and remained member until his death in 1953. He was President in 1911. He was Professor of Geology and Mineralogy at the University of Melbourne, 1904-1941. He had a particular interest in petrology. He was also an active office bearer in many scientific societies.
