Biographical entry Downes, R.M.
Major General R. Downes joined the Wallaby Club in 1926 and maintained his membership until 1939. He was Honorary Surgeon at the Children's Hospital, the Eye and Ear Hospital, and Prince Henry's Hospital. He served in World War I.
