Biographical entry Bennett, Gershon ( - 1955)
Dr Gershon Bennett joined the Wallaby Club in 1927 and maintained his membership until his death in 1955. He was a dentist and a Colonel with the Army Dental Corps in World War II. He was Federal Secretary of the Australian Dental Association and son-in-law of Sir John Monash.

A Private Club
The Wallaby Club is a Melbourne-based walking club established in 1894 with a strong bias towards good fellowship, talking and an appreciation of both the natural and built environments. Membership is strictly limited and is by invitation only.
