Summary

C. Focken joined the Wallaby Club in 1955 and maintained his membership until 1978. He was elected President in 1961. He was the Director of the Institute of Applied Science Victoria, Principal of the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology, and a Rhodes Scholar.
