Summary

Dr R. Southby joined the Wallaby Club in 1958 and maintained his membership until his death in 1990. He was elected President in 1964, was Treasurer 1970-1971 and was later awarded honorary life membership. He was a paediatrician and an Honorary Consulting Physician to the Royal Childrens Hospital. He was the father of Professor R.F. Southby and a brother-in-law of A.K. Dempster.
