Biographical entry Stevens, Geoff H. ( - 2005)
Geoff Stevens joined the Wallaby Club in 1974 and maintained his membership until he died in 2005. He was elected President in 1982, was Secretary in 1981, 1985-1988, Treasurer in 1977 and Walks Secretary 1978-1980. He was a chartered accountant, the Third World Fund Raiser for Rotary, and Chairman of the Order of Australia Association (Victorian Branch). During World War II he was a Lieutenant in the Australian Army Medical Coprs (7th Division).

The Wallaby Club is a Melbourne-based walking club established in 1894 with a strong bias towards good fellowship, talking and an appreciation of both the natural and built environments. Membership is strictly limited and is by invitation only.
