- immunologist, parasitologist and veterinarian
Professor Graham Mitchell joined the Wallaby Club in 1991. He trained as a veterinarian, immunologist and parasitologist. His career positions included: Director of Research and Development at the Commonwealth Serum Laboratories; Director of the Royal Melbourne Zoological Gardens; Immunologist and Parasitologist at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute for Medical Research; and Partner with Foursight Associates Pty Ltd. In 2007 he gave the speech at the Christmas dinner held at University House with the title: "Innovation - getting beyond the jargon".

The Wallaby Club is a Melbourne-based walking club established in 1894 with a strong bias towards good fellowship, talking and an appreciation of both the natural and built environments. Membership is strictly limited and is by invitation only.
