Biographical entry McCutcheon, A. Douglas
Dr Douglas McCutcheon joined the Wallaby Club in 1995 and maintained his membership until he was overtaken by illhealth in 2006. He was a Consultant Physician to Outpatients and Inpatients at the Alfred Hospital and had a major interest in gastroenterology. He was a medical researcher at the Baker Medical Research Institute 1959-1964. He retired from the Alfred Hospital in 1985 and from his private practice in 1992.

The Wallaby Club is a Melbourne-based walking club established in 1894 with a strong bias towards good fellowship, talking and an appreciation of both the natural and built environments. Membership is strictly limited and is by invitation only.
